i dont know if im what you eat is good, I'm acquire a 17 years old daughter and I did not weight, but I maintain my weight loss or maybe a little but get a mass in the arms and abdomen.

Is that correct? other options? I eat these substances, immediately after leaving the gym. THT will work?

I think you should buy a large container of protein powder and a glass or shaker to mix in, I know that many sites out there, and this is the best.

I am using Optimum 100% Whey

2 tablespoons of 260 calories, 3 g fat (1g SA), 8 g carbohydrate, 2 g sugar, 48 g protein. In my opinion the best on the market and is very affordable.

1. May measure suffice.
